even though I voted Yes, I know it's a hard ask to make it every 2 years because of all the qualifiers, then you have the Cup host planning to get everything ready

So it's the total preparation of the event that will make it to 4 years then? Make sense. Though now I am curious why FIFA want it down to 2 years.

Base on what I have read, they want to change it so there will be more major tournaments every summer and fewer qualifying games during the year.
