I registred in sbobet and started betting.
When my account balance reached 10k i requested withdrawl.Sbobet asked for documents.ID and bill.I sent-sbibet asked for other proof of address,I sent other.
Again sbobet refused my proof of address.I sent reference of place of residence .
Again cant indulge sbobet.
I sent complaint to Sue.Anderson@gov.im(who is this men who never help you??!!)
after 2(!!!) month I get email from them
I advise that the GSC has now completed an independent review of your complaint which involved reviewing information provided by you and also the Operator.
Based on the investigation the GSC has found in favour of the Operator and has deemed that the Operator has acted within its published terms and conditions which all players sign up to when they open an account.
Based on the above the GSC will no longer be in a position to communicate further on this matter and has closed your case. All future communication regarding your complaint should therefore be between you and the Operator direct.

Is there any other autorithy who is above Isle of Man "supervision sommission"?
Or there is only place where you can cry on shoulder ??!!
Why there is only complaints but no solutions what to do???
