Rizk slow pay and not replying to emails

My account is fully verified and I have already had 4 withdrawals processed normally within 5 minutes over the past 2 months.

3 days ago I requested a withdrawal for £276.55. Instead of processing my withdrawal they blocked my account and wont reply for the past 3 days.

Everyday I contact live chat and they thank me for my patience and understanding. They say they will leave a message with their payments team but nothing happens.

Today I contacted them and informed them that if I don't get at least a reply or my withdraw processed today I would make a complaint. Unfortunately they wont communicate and my money is in limbo.

I have used over 100 sportsbooks over 21 years and have always managed to resolve any issue with the sportsbook directly but Rizk just ignores their customers and doesn't communicate.

Day 4: I contacted live chat where I was thanked for my patience and understand. Again this has been escalated to the relevant department to process my withdrawal.

Same as usual nothing happens, no messages and no communication at all to say what's going on. They clearly don't care about their customers.

Day 5: Finally started replying to my emails. Now requesting document after document even after my account is verified.

After reviewing countless documents they say they can't return my money to my Paypal account from which I deposited. Instead floating the idea of a bank transfer.

Problem only happened after some winning bets. They are bad losers who use the rules as a weapon to frustrate and torment players.

Other bookmakers pay you and ban or restrict your account when you win.

These people are sadistic who will make you jump through endless hoops to get your money. Avoid at all costs.

Day 6: Now they are saying they will only transfer my money if my bank puts the IBAN/BIC on their PDF bank statement.

I explained to them I can't control how my bank produces its PDF bank statements.

I instead sent them a screenshot of me logged in to Internet banking showing my IBAN/BIC numbers

They are the most difficult and unreasonable company I've ever dealt with in 21 years of betting online

Day 7: A complaints manager got involved and did in 3 hours what the rest of the staff couldn't manage in 6 days. He processed my withdrawal without any fuss.

Case Over!
