Hello,
I've registered as an affiliate of Rivalo on 4th of June. In Rivalo affiliate account and Betting account are the same and they were sending me emails encouraging to use first deposit bonus. I asked them if it's ok to use my affiliate account for Betting purposes and they said "no problem". So I deposited 200PLN on 1st of August and received bonus of 200PLN. I started clearing my rollover and everything was ok till 16/08. When I tried to log in that day, I get message that my account is inactive. I sent an email to their CS with question what is going on, and received reply I breached their T&C's. I tried to get more information about breaching of which rule do they accuse me of, but they didn't told me and stopped answering my emails. In that moment I had about 550PLN + 250PLN in open bets and rollover to do. They didn't return me my money. That was my first and only Rivalo's account and I can provide them documents to verify me without problem, but they haven't even asked about it.I know it's almost impossible to get my money back, because I saw complaints like this on this bookmaker earlier. But I hope you could just try to contact them, because I don't feel like I did anything wrong and if this case couldn't be resolved, please just warn other players.

So you hadn't actually attempted to withdraw money when they de-activated your account ? I'm surprised, because you might have lost and deposited more money, for all they knew.
