‘Gangsta’s Paradise’ rapper Coolio dead at 59

According to his longtime manager, Coolio had gone to a friend’s home before he was found unconscious in the bathroom. Paramedics believe he died from cardiac arrest.

Yesterday my sister sister in law also died at the age of 29 from "postpartum dilated cardiomyopathy". She complained of difficulty from breathing and it's too late when they arrive in the hospital. She left a month old baby. So sad.

Rapper Coolio died from the effects of fentanyl, according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner.


He also had traces of heroin and methamphetamine in his system at the time of his death.


Other significant conditions listed were "cardiomyopathy unspecified, asthma and recent phencyclidine use."


His manner of death was ruled an accident.
