I have a complaint re palpable errors at 1bet2bet.

Is it reasonable to accept my bets, credit my account with the wins - from 14 -23 April - a total of 6 bets over a 10 day period, then cancel those bets today (25 April) as palpable errors only I have asked for a withdrawal?

I understand that the odds may have been high but really my question is about the length of time to void the bets and the number of bets involved.

I should point out that all the 6 bets were for the same type of bet (odd/even) for Ice hockey with the odd bet being at 2.04 odds for each bet. So they had the odds available (2.04) for the same bets for multiple days.

No, I don't think it is reasonable and I can't imagine for a second that these bets would have been cancelled if they had been losers. If you've tried their customer services and got nowhere, then your only option is to make a formal complaint against them to their licensing authority and regulator, the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. Good luck!

I heard back from Kahnawake Gaming Commission, they are not the licensing body. They say is the Government of Curaçao. I'm not sure how much luck I will have with them. I wonder if this is something that could be investigated by this site?

That's odd as I'm sure I saw the Kahnawake logo on their site earlier, but I did eventually find a reference to their Curacao licence on their FAQ page. Based on previous cases on here, I doubt you'll get anywhere with the Government of Curacao, but I suppose you could try escalating your complaint to 1bet2bet's management team via complaint@1bet2bet.com and see whether they are prepared to listen. Unfortunately I don't hold out much hope and your best option might be to withdraw what you can (i.e. the refunded stakes from your cancelled bets - if they allow you to do that) and close your account with them. This site rates 1bet2bet at 1 which is the worst possible rating we can give a bookmaker - in other words, don't go near them.

Thanks again Trevrizen. I do not hold out much hope, but have sent an email to the complaints dept. Update: emails to complaint@1bet2bet.com and complaints@1bet2bet.com have both been returned as undeliverable as has the customer services email. The only email address that seems to work is the accounts dept!

UPDATE: I asked for my account to be closed and my balance (minus all my winnings from the palpable errors) to be withdrawn. I have heard nothing for 4 days and I see that the very odds that were considered palpable errors are back up on their site! That is, 2.04 for odds on the odd side of odd/even beat in NHL ice hockey. Do not bet on this, because if you win they will send a reject notice if you ever ask for a withdrawal.

I'm afraid that's exactly why they have such a low rating on here. Keep at them, though, and post your experience of them on as many gambling review sites as possible. If players get the message, then hopefully people will stop betting with them and they'll be driven out of business - and from what you say, that can't happen soon enough.
