Melbet void combo bets

I made a few combo bets that were losers, and everything was fine at the time, but
after two combo bet is win they void my all bets.

Did they give you any reason?

How much were the winning bets worth?

Тhe reason was because had account at 1xbet but hey are two different bookmakers and never wrote in their rules that it is forbidden to have accounts in both bookmakers.
They void winning for about 4000 euro.
