Marathonbet won’t pay me my money

I started using Marathonbet at the beginning of 2021 and had no problems as long as I was losing. I once won a relatively big amount playing roulette, and when I decided to withdraw part of my winnings, the nightmare began. They asked me to send a copy of my ID again, despite the fact that my account had been verified and I had already made two withdrawals (bank transfers). They then sent me an email saying my account had been verified. One day later, they asked me for a selfie with my ID, saying that my account had been chosen for a random verification process, and I sent it. It took a couple of complaints and around two weeks for them to verify my account. They then sent me an email saying the withdrawal request had been processed, but it’s been two weeks and the money hasn’t appeared in my bank account yet. I’ve sent them several emails and contacted them via the live chat, and they said the payments team will conduct an investigation and contact me whenever they reach a conclusion. I think they’re trying to come up with excuses to keep my money, and I really don’t know what else I can do. It’s been a really annoying experience. Stay away from Marathonbet.

Was it a wire they sent?

If so, ask them for the SWIFT reference number so your bank can check where it is.

That might get you a more helpful response.
