Marathonbet problems

Hi everybody!
I've been registered with this bookie on septembet 2013, since october i try to withdraw my winnings but without any result. Firstly they blow my mind with KYC verification, that take is about month, than they restrict my account for bets and told me to withdraw money by bank transfer, not bad... but then, is about 3 weeks bank transfer option was unavailable for me (they told that was technical problem), when they open bank transfer option for me they continue to request new documents and each document approval took 1-2 weeks. Now my account is closed because they no more accept Spain players (I'm from Spain), my payot process still not processed since 30 november, they ignore my correspondence and can't provide any timeframes to resolve my situation.

I can only advise you to warn them in advance,and then if they fail to respond to post on as many forums as possible.Point out that although you may be from Spain,people who are not from Spain will get your message.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that details provided for the processing of certain payment methods are entered correctly to avoid delays.

We send out specific instructions on what is required and provide the web chat service if any details need clarification.

you didn't send me any instruction more than 3 week by email and by chat!!! you didn't provide me any information about my account and payout process!!!
yesterday they told me that my payout request was processed, but didn't send any confirmation, today when i ask them to send confirmation that my payot request processed, they told that it still awaiting process!!! lyers!!!!!
PS why you register as "PLAYER"?

Today i receved email that confirm withdrawal, i hope it's true and i will receive my funds soon. I will let you know when it will processed or not.

i didn't receive any payout since 20/12 from marathonbet.com and they don't provide me any transaction details.
