Ladbrokes account suspension help?

So i won around 200£ in profit on their live roulette and due to the stakes I was putting down I withdrew around £600 over 3 withdrawals in one day. Then a few hours later my account had been suspended and after using the live chat they said I had to send proof of id and address to a ladbrokes email for a chance of reactivation. What are my chances of actually receiving my winnings and all the money I put in??? I am quite concerned as this hasn't happened to me before.

Ladbrokes are a pretty solid outfit - they're even featured in the top 5 reviews on the right of this page. If you provide them with proof of ID they should re-activate your account - they'll expect you to plough all the money back !

They’ve now said that they have escalated the case to a further review. I don’t know why I’ve done nothing wrong the customer service they provide is a shambles so no one gives me an answer they just keep saying wait 48-72 hours won’t tell me why this has happened. You think I’ll still be okay?

i would also like to say this is not a new account I am using, it's like 8 months old and I have done the verification for id and address before and they suspended it way after all of that. That is why I am seriously confused.

Apologies for my delay in replying. My guess would be that you've somehow triggered some mechanically-activated warning system,and it's taking ages for a human to look into the matter. They're probably short-staffed due to the Covid crisis,at a time when more people with time on their hands are playing their games.
