Never tried this type of betting, but I wonder what should I consider to do this? Do I really need to watch the live game or will still depend on the odds market movements?

This varies per person.

You don't have to watch the game in progress, but most bettors will at least monitor the game somehow, such as online.

Some bettors believe they may get a better number/deal if they wait and wager on the side or total live, after the game starts, instead of beforehand.

live odds are a lot higher than game lines. a lot of people hedge their pre-game bets or try to middle the game.

I only like to wager Live while watching the game

if I feel that the game isn't going my way from a full game bet, I get a chance to hedge by live betting it.
pretty good for Totals IMO

Hello Guys,
Sports betting can also cover non-athletic events, such as reality shows and non-human competitions like horse racing, and prohibitory bulls fighting. Also new people should have to be aware while doing sports betting scams. You should be able to spot which sport betting scam is legit or scam. --

Some good things to keep in mind if you want to get into live betting because it is very time consuming if you want to be serious with it:

1. Try not to be swayed by what just happened. Most times you will be betting during a timeout(at least when you can get a decent amount down). Most are paying more in juice/spread because of that current situation if you are Joe Public bettor. Books are not giving you free money. Just remember there are referees and lots of turnovers happen after timeouts. So just because the team is close to scoring position doesn't mean they are going to score. Some of that "assumed score" is in that live line and where you can have an edge in betting the other side. I try not to bet on any team with the ball or getting the ball. I prefer to bet a team after they punt.

2. NEVER bet a basketball game pregame. You will almost always get a better line live. NBA has some of the laziest athletes in all of sports but the game of basketball itself is a game of runs. Know teams tendencies than bet after the big run. You can often get a big middle just minutes later once you get your timing down. I find it better if you look at it like a job. Don't even watch the live game and get influenced. Just watch the scoreboard and bet your situation. This is not for everyone because your situation may never happen and you wasted all that time for nothing besides knowing teams tendencies.

3. Know your book and their live limits because they do change. Lots of books are not even putting up a line when they should be. Frustrating as you waste time for nothing. That is where I do recommend a book like BAS because they always offer it and in 2-3 different places but juice much higher there and limits low but a perfect place to learn. gL!!

Live betting is a higher variance play, but unlike pregames, live betting doesn’t go through a price discovery for the current event at this moment in time, this is where you usually can find more value than pregame,
