I have been scammed in 18bet.com

Hi, I bet in live on over 22.5 games in a tennis match, the match has had 31 games. First they gave me the bet as lost, I have been contacted by chat and tell me that back the amount of the bet but not the profits because they say there has been a technical issue, they say the decision is final.

By 'technical issue',I assume they mean they were offering bigger odds than they should have been - perhaps because their odds weren't being updated automatically for some reason.Were their odds well out of line with those of the market/other bookmakers ?
If they were,then the other key question is whether their rules say that bets laid at the 'wrong' odds are paid out at the 'correct' odds or voided.The problem with voiding such bets altogether is that the punter never knows whether the bet would have been voided if it had lost.The problem with paying at the 'correct' odds is the punter didn't choose to bet at those odds.

Over 22.5 @ 1.83 with 5-2 in the first set, the odd is totally correct, other bookmakers like bet365 offer the same odd, the match is Schnur vs Sarkissian in Itf Futures Canada F4.

According to 18bet Terms & Conditions, section Withdrawals, point 6 : "18bet.com reserves the right to charge withdrawals with fees to cover administrative costs, in case the deposit amount is not rolled over at least 5 times."

Currently you could have your withdrawal processed with 7 % fees attached or have us cancel it and transfer your funds back to your 18bet account.
