PremiumTradings recently confiscated over $100,000 from a player as their terms say they can take 5% per month after 3 months inactivity. Player went to withdraw after not betting for about 14 months and they took virtually his entire balance and would not budge on the fairness or no warning or back calculating it all at once.

Bet365 take a monthly service fee after 12 months of inactivity too btw.
