Make them actually give you the number of total testosterone and free testosterone. Remember are grandfathers were close to 1000 and now they tell you 500 if you over 40 is normal and good.
A very natural way for me to know if my Testosterone is healthy is if my energy level is solid & if I’m waking up with “fresh wood” at least 2-3 times a week. I know your levels can fluctuate as to what you are eating & if you are staying hydrated. I feel like those two factors are very important for blood flow for me personally.

It is about how you feel not so much about the actual numbers. Problem is todays society they try everything to lower testosterone. Why do you think they got men eating pop tarts and Cap'n Crunch instead of Eggs n Bacon for breakfast? Don't even get me started on unneeded pharmaceuticals.
