GTbets closed account overnight (RESOLVED)

I made my first deposit on GTbets last night and won around $7k in slots, I placed a few sport wagers and went to sleep.

I wake up and sign in to find my account has been been disabled and I need to go to the live chat. I am then told my account is under review by management because I placed more than $25 on my max spin while I was completing the sign up bonus. The agent told me this promotional information is seen at time of deposit, I didn’t see any max spin information through the deposit process and I referred to the promotion and casino terms before playing which can be found here. (No mention if a max amount per spin).



I am currently waiting for management review, I’m wondering if this has happened to anyone else? They have to be able to see how this is confusing.

Also I read only good things about this book, and I won before I did more than $25 a spin, will they reopen my account or do you think they are going to steal the $7k from me.

I already have an account there. Otherwise, I'd sign up just to help you prove/disprove what they are saying about there being extra terms and conditions at time of deposit.

They said I would have an update early this morning, just contacted them and they seem like I was bothering them asking for an update. They didn’t even call or email that they were disabling my account. This is very concerning and I submitted an official complaint

Thank you, I submitted a complaint but can you please put it on pause. I’m back into my account now and submitted a withdrawal. I will keep this updated and mark resolved once it’s goes through
