goalwin won't send me my money

used goalwin.com while back.... went to withdraw my money they changed the sistem, had to send another 20 euros to again validate my skill account with them (they lost that info with the system change supposedly), withdrew everything a month ago and they are not paying up...sent over 10 email to them, only had one response 10 days into the whole thing saying:

Thank you for your mail.

We have notified our payment department about processing your withdrawal as soon as possible.

We are very sorry for the delay and any inconvenience caused.

can anybody help me... have pictures of the account and everything, they won't even respond

sorry but i didn't know who to ask about it hope somebody can help me

I've been waiting 2 months for a small payout.
They just send template emails expressing regret, blah blah blah.
Renowned slow payers, I reckon they are probably hoping for a profitable
world cup before they start paying out. That's if they ever intend to.
Absolute swines.

same situation...my payout is really small 119 euros..that is really nothing...but those 119 euros are a lot for me :(

did you take any other action, filed a complaint or something, is there anything that we can do, ask for someones help ?! or should we just wait and hope for the best?

if anyone can help us please give any advice

I filed a complaint at sportsbookreview.com and they emailed Goalwin
SBR received an email saying that GW were 'investigating' my withdrawal
Heard nothing since from either SBR or GW

I'm really sorry for your predicament but I'd treat it as lost.
Keep sending them emails and maybe they'll surprise us with giving
us our own money.

They changed licence to italian. My login details from goalwin.com doesnt works. I have Sent email yeserday to CS , without respond yet.
