Hi my name is Gus
I deposited 500£ and I was given a £200 bonus that I never asked for. then I bet the whole 700£ and made 1200 the after i played several bets with part of the money and make 3470.
I can now no longer withdrawal my £3470 because they now saying I have to wager it up 9000£ 200x45 playing slots before i am able to withdraw any money, i have never played casino or anything different from sports. Anyways I started playing slots to be able to withdraw my money i am halfway through. In addition to that they have not settled 3 sports bets for 3 days and on top of that now they say that the might confiscate the winnings cos i played with a casino bonus on sports.i told them why they let me play with that bonus on sports in the first place, i feel i have been played big time.
Don't know what to do
I was thinking of getting a solicitor
Can anybody pls give me some advice?

I would contact IBAS and let them adjudicate on this before you go down the legal route. If you accepted the bonus, whether you asked for it or not, then you are technically bound by the terms of it. That said, Fansbet then seem to have breached their own terms and conditions by allowing you to use a casino bonus for sports bets, so it sounds like six of one and half a dozen of the other.

I can't say I'm surprised by this. My (brief) experience of Fansbet was that they are as bad an operator as you will ever find with a UK licence (have a look at their reviews on Trust Pilot if you don't want to just take my word for it). They should be avoided at all costs in my view.

Hi to all.
Fansbet can't pay my money more than a month.
I registered in this casino, put a deposit of $1100, lost 600 dollars, and the rest wanted to withdraw from the account. I dind't use any bonuses.

Fansbet asked me to verify my account by sending a whole pack of documents: passport, address confirmation, credit card photo, selfie with passport.I sent everything and waited for my money. But Fansbet casino could not send a payment for a MONTH. Then Fansbet again asked for passport, proof of address, a screenshot of my Skrill account, I sent it all again, but money again was not received. It's more than a MONTH!!!

I don't recommend this fucking scammers to anyone.

Also did you roll over the entire $1100 you initially deposited? I have no experience with this book but that's usually a requirement with any regulated one and even most others to prevent money laundering.
