The only sportsbook that I saw consistently put these up early was 5Dimes, but with low limits.

I think most if not all books wait on these extra games because there's less information coming out about them and they, the books don't want to get hurt.
I'm trying to remember if Bookmaker might have a few the night before, or maybe it's BetOnline?
Maybe check those two out when the season comes back.
