I already filled out a complaint form earlier today and hope somebody at BMR can help me. For anyone who is thinking about putting their hard earned money into BUSR you may wanna read what they did to me this week first...

It started when I couldn't login the morning of May 12th so I went to chat. They told me that it was a routine check on my account and not to worry my funds were safe. They said I would have an email within 48 hours to describe the situation.

4-5 days passed and I never received an email so I called customer support. They told me a person named Erick was in charge of my account and that he would call me back. Soon after I received this email...

max bet 7th March, someway you have been exploiting a glitch around on the
system to play bets, same day you have been restricted on another

It basically said my account was limited on March 7th and that I had figured out a glitch in the system to still place higher wagers!!?? This was far from the truth as I continued making bets as usual. Prior, I usually made bets on the props builder and every once in a while I made a few straight bets on nba. I did notice that my straight NBA bets were limited to $1 so I didn't bet those obviously. But the place I bet 95 percent of the time, the props builder, was never limited. I'm not a computer hacker nor did I do anything against the rules so I called back to let them know it was their mistake.

I called and tried to get a hold of Erick and after many calls saying he was in meetings and days after he finally called me back. I told him what had happened and he said he understood completely and would talk to the person who made this decision and that I could call back in a few days. I waited and called back 4 days later and Erick proceeded to say the decision is final!!??? I said Erick! This is totally unfair I\'ve done nothing wrong. I use the props builder mostly and it was never limited once!!! I talked to him for 45 minutes going over everything and how terrible it feels to be treated in this way. He said he understands my position but it's not up to him and the decision has been made... I said can I talk to the person who made this decision. First he said he wasn't in the office, then he said he doesn't take calls.

Other notes: I got a payout the 4th week of April which was about 6 weeks after this so called limit was on my account!! If I was limited before that why did I receive that particular payout? And I did not find a glitch in the system I bet on the props builder as I usually had! Close my account if you want BUSR... But pay me the money I won!! I had zero limit on the props builder, how are you seizing my money two months later after I have my account over 1,000 bucks?! It's just gross, disgusting behavior. Whoever started this tread had better luck than me with these guys. SMH

OMG, a few time ago I would say that it's definitely worth reaching out to their customer support again and escalating the issue. And don't give up on getting your money back! Really. But now tell me please how is going? Have you got it back?
