. Bet365 blocked my account in November 2016, because I told to bet365 on live chat and on phone that somebody broke in my bet365 account. I deposit only with neteller, but somebody withdraw money with skrill (skrill was not even on my name). So the mistake is on ther side, because thay allowed withdrawing money to the name that is not mine. Thay also allowed to withdraw money to payment method that was never used for deposit. In ther terms and conditions thay are saying that it is possible to withdraw only with method that I deposit with(this was neteller). The second withdrew options that thay allow is a withdraw to bank account(this withdraw method would be allowed if I would not have neteller any more- ther T&C). I respect that thay froze my account, this is to protect me and my money. But I wish to get my money back.
After someone stole the money on my account they were still 100,07€ onmy betting account, which bet365 paid on 16/6/2018
On the phone bet365 told me thay don’t see any problem (15/6/2018). On November 2016 bet365 told me on phone that bet365 was probably hacked by some hacker. Thay say thay would never alow this action. And thay don’t know how this hapened
The fact is that ther company was hacked, because one person withdrew money thru payment method that was never used for deposit , and on a name that is not mine This is against terms and conditions.
The amount I was stolen is around 900€
