(ex betcity) doesn't pay

HI, I opened an account fews weeks ago, I deposited 300 hundreds euros and I started to bet. I won only 200 hundreds euros but some hours later my account was blocked and I received this e-mail:

"Dear Sir/Madam
Your Account №____ has been disabled under Item 15 of the General provisions of the Rules.
A client may registrate only one account. Once registrated the client must not registrate twice (under a new name, a new e-mail and etc.).
If this rule is broken, the administration of the company is entitled to disable a newly registered account for the time of the investigation (till 2 months).
If this case of the second registration is confirmed, the company has a right to cancel all bets of this new account (winnings).
The administration can make an exception to the rule according to the clients inquiry.
For us to verify your account please specify all your registered account numbers and send scan copies of your passport to e-mail"

I never opened an account with this bookmakers...
I sent all the documents requested in fews days, but, after two weeks, my account remains disabled.
I wrote them to have clearings about the situation and they ansewered:
"Your account verification is in progress. Verification terms are defined in Item 15 of General provisions of the Rules"

What can I do???

They could be stalling,but ask them how much longer verification will take.
