I accepted a deposit bonus from DSI. My cashier tab had a progress tracker and I completed the requirements in middle/late October. When I tried to withdraw 11/1, my withdrawal was canceled without explanation. When I contacted support I was told there was an obscure House Rule from 2019 that only allowed $100 of each bet to count towards the rollover and I still had over $40,000 to roll over. They stated the rollover tracker had not been updating correctly and the only way to track my rollover moving forward would be to contact support. There were additional inconsistencies in the house rules that per support "were not updated." I attempted to contact the processing department via email@example.com but never received a response. These obscure house rules were put in place in 2019, so that means they had not bothered to update the rollover tracker for over 2 years. I asked if I could make multiple $100 bets on the same market to expedite the rollover and was told only one $100 bet would count despite there being nothing regarding this listed in the House Rules. I've filed a formal complaint but also just wanted to inform the community to be wary of accepting any sort of bonus from DSI. Good luck out there!
