Annoying Verification and possible scamming on 1XBET.COM

OK I have an account on 1xbet.com ( a russian bookmaker) since June 2015 make some bets and loose. Start in November begin play again make some bets and wins . My balance now about 150 USD . After 5 win strike they limit my maximum bets to "0" . So I cant make bets anymore and try to withdrawal the 150 usd . They ask for docs . First passport must be photograph cant be scan copy. So I gave them and it is OK. After that they ask for the screenshot of my skrill account . It is start to be complicated . Here some of the email conversation:

They only looping the email with the sentence bellow . I dont think they want to verify my account. If it not verify then I cant withdraw . It is a new way to scam people

To verify the data you should send screen shots in the full-sized version of windows without cutting the top and bottom panels.

You need to send us a colour photo of your passport (the first page and the page with residence registration). Unfortunately, scan copies or copies are not accepted for verification. The format of the document cannot be cut and it must be seen in double page spread.

Make sure your document images are very high resolution and that all four edges are completely visible.
