Believing that you will be fair i am typing my compaints about 1xbet Turkey Security Team.Until today, I always read complaints about betting companies on the sites.I have never believed that big betting companies like 1xbet are cheating or that they will take an unfair action.
Especially when I read about the 1xbet company and what was written, I thought that they were either defrauded from the clone site or that there were complaints made up by rival companies.
Even though I don't have a double account or I don't play from a double account, they blocked my account and unfairly confiscated all my winnings.Before I opened a new account, I asked live support that it was an account belonging to one of the family members and whether this would be a problem (I asked for past conversations from live support to show evidence of this conversation, they don't give it). After they stated that there would be no problem in any way, I started playing in my account with peace of mind.
First they let me withdraw a small amount once. Then there is a day when this firm gives a deposit bonus %100, I don't remember on Friday or any other day. I invested again to evaluate it.And since the day I opened the account, I increased my total investment of 3850 lira to 9200 lira. The next day, when I ordered a 4000 lira withdrawal, they asked me for documents.First of all, they wanted my identity, then the photo with the ID so that my face would be visible, then they wanted 3 things to be in the same frame at the same time, namely my dialogue with them, my identity and a close-up photo of my face.They asked for a PC screenshot. They said do you know people named Mehmet Keleş and Mustafa Evyapan. I said I didn't understand why they asked me that I was not related. I said that the only family member was my mother.I am writing on it again and again. I have not played from any other account. There is no double account. I have never played from a double account, I have not done anything wrong.Then, security asked me for Papara details and documents related to the investment I made on Papara.I gave them information all whatever they wanted from me. I was told that I could withdraw the main investment amount of 3850 TL. (The money still has not been transferred to my account, but it may not be the fault of the part working on the payments side. The e-mail from the payments side is due to the system density.)

Do you mean that one of your family members already had an account with 1xbet before you opened your account? So there were two accounts within your family, and 1xbet customer support approved this arrangement?

I would say ask someone with an account there and have them ask can they someone that lives in the same address add and 2nd account?

If they routinely say "yes they can", and then rejects the payout, then they are operating in bad faith.
