I had the exact same experience with them but I was lucky that I had only $12000 in my bonus ( so they could steal only $2000 from me).

I have not heard from @BMR Disputes Matt since I filed a complaint. I wonder what a sportsbook should do to be considered a "blacklist". I have lots of screenshots of their wrongdoing. I am afraid that someone else gets into their trap in the near future.

@hazliam, You are absolutely right. I never had these types of problems with BOL and Bovada. The funny thing is that they had checked my gameplay twice before and there was nothing at those points. All of a sudden, they realized that I am not a recreational player!!!!! They did not deserve my trust.
