Has anyone been scammed with these virtual cards? I received a bunch of these from a rated book as form of payment. I just checked the balances and a lot of them are already used or have no remaining balance. I'm not going to name the book yet because I don't know if the cards were hacked...

Add a play to bet slip at -110, click submit, site says price has moved to -132, I click cancel. Check pending wagers and says bet was accepted at -121. Total horse shit. Site has been broken for over 4 years. Totally unreliable and they don't even care.
