Im not sure why it make you so tired but for a few days, all i wanted to do was to stay in bed and sleep
Second time that I had it was going for a leisurely walk in the woods for an hour and honestly didn't know if I was going to make it back. Listen to your body don't fight it if it wants to sleep let it. Hate to disagree with Tanko but a strong shot and a little bit of human touch never hurts.

Honestly I still haven’t totally gotten my wind back from having it in January 2021. Covid can be a bitch and they don’t have any data on long term effects yet.

I know me and a buddy tried walking 9 holes on a short course 5 months after I had it (no carts b/c of covid) and I made it two holes and was so winded I had to quit.
