Hi, I need some help with this bookmaker if possible

I deposited and provided my passport and had an email saying I was verified, I won three bets and withdrew £400 after the first two won. Went to log in after the third won and the had a message saying details not found.

Then received an email for a random extensive KYC, I went on the live chat and said has my winning bet been credited and they said yes but I need to provide all documents and these will be processed in 24 hours.

I provided all documents but haven’t been verified and do not get straight answers off them just still processing been almost 72 hours now and when I ask what my balance is they say we don’t have that information, it is quite clear they are scamming me for my winnings.

Any help is appreciated or any affiliate contact details I can get a hold of?

Hi thanks for the reply, I have filled in the complaint form and received an email from yourselves.

The £400 withdrawal was paid on Wednesday, I didn’t know it was approved as straight after my third winning bet was completed I was randomly selected for extensive KYC as they call it. I was on live chat on the Tuesday and they confirmed my bet was settled and in my account ready for me once verified and this would take 24 hours.

I still don’t have access to my account and live chat just respond with generic messages, they tell me to email which I have done but don’t get responses. It appears to me that they may have scammed the £292, not sure of the next steps as this has never happened to me before.

thanks for the assistance.

Hi all,

First of all thanks Brad super quick at replying to my emails and really good service from you.

Stakers have now acknowledged my complaint after I referred them to their terms, still no update on my KYC and does appear that they have scammed the winnings, multiple trustpilot reviews point to this as well.

thanks

I don't think you have lost yet jbias.

But the extent of personal information they are demanding from you sure appears to be designed to get you to refuse the KYC process.

Without knowing for sure what they are thinking it's hard to make judgement, but they would need reason to suspect some really bad things from you to genuinely justify the extent of information they want from you.

Hello, I have exactly the same problem with Stakers. I got the extensive KYC mail about ten days ago. I had sent them my documents, but I havn't got any answer yet. I did my last successful withdrawal (a few hundred Euro) in March.

Make sure you send in a complaint form here if you haven't already. I don't play there but what is involved with their extensive KYC that is more extreme than a regular one?

So before being able to deposit they ask for a passport or drivers licence, that gets approved within 10 minutes. In my case I had 3 winning bets and before the third bet had won they sent an email requesting extensive KYC.

They request a passport, me holding a passport and me holding a paper with the writing stakers on it, also request a utility bill/bank statement.

They have now requested three months statements then 4 days later requested proof of earnings so sent contract and a pay slip.

Will see what they request next or see if they cancel my bets/scam my money.

Quick update, spoke to UKGC who said Stakers have been complained about a fair few times mainly about cancelling bets, however KYC has been stated a few times. UKGC say that it they can ask for anything they want but they will raise this internally so hopefully someone can reach out to them. UKGC recommended requesting an SOA if no update by the end of the week.

Another day and another two reviews on trustpilot experiencing the same issues as me.

Quick update, the 72 hours they said after sending in my contract and payslips has been and gone. No response to any emails now. I went on live chat again and one of the reps said you will be provided with a response soon. This is the same generic rubbish they churn out over and over.

I have the same Issue with Stakers, they told me my account has been randomly selected for extended KYC.
Same issues as jbias18.
I sent them the docs they asked, 4 days passed they then wanted bank statements , 4 days on and no responses, they do not reply to emails and their livechat fob you off.
Strange really because i had a great experience here for the past 6 months, are they going bankrupt or something?
Not sure whereto go from here.

Help would be great

Regards

Nick
