I'm having trouble understanding you. They are literally saying they will confiscate my balance and give it to charity on February 15. That is not an exaggeration and I posted the e-mail above where they say that. Do you mean that I should have written, "Pinnacle is saying they will confiscate my balance if I don't withdraw it in Tether or pay a $4125 conversion fee?" I agree that would be more complete but it probably wouldn't fit into a thread title.
Ah, okay, I admittedly didn't read that part of your long OP. I was going by the last few responses in this thread which didn't seem to indicate they used such language. My bad.

Update: 155 hours after the withdrawal request, Pinnacle has sent me the funds. I lost $1885 on the withdrawal. BMR has said they will try to help recover some of this cost.
That's somewhat good news. I've been in a position before where I thought I might lose my entire balance at a sportsbook. Sometimes it's just a relief to get the bulk of it out, and shedding a few % here or there is the least of your concerns.

But you and BMR should definitely push to get your money back. Good luck!

Would love to hear your story if you're willing to share it.

I feel pretty meh about the whole thing. Overall just really disappointed in Pinnacle, which violated its own terms repeatedly in its dealings with me. I did not owe them a $1885 fee. Instead, they owed me a free fiat withdrawal per their terms.

Don't have time to share, but it's happened to me a few times. One that comes to mind is the 5Dimes USA pullout where they were threatening to void everyone's open parlays, which would have cost me a shit ton in earned equity. Oh, and then there's always MyCrookie.

Since Pinnacle is trying to mislead people on this:

I sent the withdrawal request on the evening of 15 January. I received no confirmation e-mail until >100 hours later.

Finally, they sent the withdrawal confirmation e-mail at 4:23 AM CST with a 30-minute expiration time. I was not awake to receive the e-mail, so the withdrawal expired at 4:53 AM CST and I had to start the process over again when I woke up.

The time from the initial withdrawal request to receipt of funds was approximately 155 hours.
