September 11 opened an account in novibet
up to 10 days ago everything was fine and then we close the account

I consult everybody to stay away from this bookie. If you deposit and lose your money, everything is ok but it is forbidden for you to be paid, if you win. I had asked for my first withdrawal(7334 euros) from Novibet on 04-11-2015. After 9 days (on 13-11-2015) they emailed me that my account was temporally closed for security control and that they will inform me for the resullt after the end of the control process. Although I repetedly contacted them by email and live chat, they still keep my account closed and my withdrawal request is still unsatisfied without any further explanation. At the start of this year I had provided all the documents for the verification of my account and the process was successfully completed.
