i opened account bet first lost , after that account was susspended,they asked for id near face and new picture of id card because pics were taken in 2013?lol,i sent them bill and skrill screen,after i send id they opened my account and give me 50 bonus bet and i win 400e after that they susppended account again to call me on the phone ,i answered stupid questions like who was teams in my last bets ?they said i have account similar with other account and they will keep my winnings and close account after all.this is example of stealing and cheating of vitalbet .Vital Media SRL, Ofident Building, Office 3, San Jose, Costa Rica is licensed and regulated by the Government of Curacao and operates under license #365/JAZ.so same licence like scam websites parasino and punchbets ,you are not protected anyhow.

I had some real money and some bonus money on my account. After making a withdrawal the bonus money was gone. I reversed the withdrawal immediately but the bonus money did not get credited.

Betfirst has a chat servive and Tim and Eva are very rude. There is no intention at all to solve this issue. They dont care. Customer service that does nog give any service at all. What a losers.

To me Betfirst is a criminal operation. They way you are treated when a problem occurs indicates strongly to this. It is the same childish behaviour you see in mobster movies.

Dont open an account at Betfirst, they way they treated me clearly indicates they have lots of complaints on a daily basis.
