  • 1xbet Scam! Rejected to process my payout!

    Respected sir,

    I registered 1xbet bet and made 2000GBP deposit. after that i made totally 5 bets in NHL total under/over market.
    Those 5 bets are won. so my total balance 3977.34GBP.
    I requested 1000GBP withdraw, They rejected my withdrawal and blocked my account.
    Then they asked to provided the documents for verification.
    First they ask passport, then i sent my passport for verification.
    After that they asked my neteller screenshot. i sent it too.
    Then they asked again Utility bill, i sent this one also.

    I said to him i can accept any type verification. But they won't accept.

    But they don't wish to re-open my account. They try to theft my all money. include my deposit.

    they replied my like this:

    I don't have any other account, even in my family members.
    This is my new computer. and also new net connection.
    But they said am registered multi account.


    i chat with them and i sent many emails. But they don't wish to solve my problem.

    I have all proof about my 1xbet account. i record full account history. If you need any more information and proof i can provide you sir.

    They looks like a trusted website. But they not provide a good service.
    They try to cheat me.

    Please try to take request seriously and please process my complaint as soon as possible.

  • lots of complaints about this company flying around at the moment. Did you pass their Skype KYC verification???? As they seem to block accounts that don't answer the Skype call after a couple of attempts

      I done Many type of verification, I told him them i can verify with SKype verification.
      But they don't anything after blcoked my account.


      And also i rused complain in SBR Forum.
      They also don't respond me.

      I think SBR and 1xbet has something connection.

      That's why they do like that.

      They don't wish to review my dispute.

      • 1xbet is a Russian bookmaker, and apparently has a lot of shops in Russia so they will having nothing to do with SBR.

        It appears from various other complaints on SBR that 1xbet are not willing to communicate with a 3rd party about player complaints / issues.

        They would have reviewed your complaint and emailed / phoned 1xbet, but if they dont respond or talk, then SBR don't update anything.

        I think you may have to accept the loss and move on as if 1xbet are not responding then there isn't much more you can do

        • And I have the same thing happened; I mention money deposited and withdrawn several times from them. It is not very large amounts.
          I think that is a dangerous sportsbook for online outside of Russia. It would be better not to deposit money at them, the risk is high.

            I did withdrawal was accepted.
            So I said to the partial withdrawal, but remain with a bitter taste that feels innocent man stole for 2 months

              • I had no Problems with them. Ok my withdrawal amount was lower than 1000€ but i had to verify by Passport only, no Skype and others.
                The only Thing - they often cancelled my placed bets and after the 3rd time, i just could place 5€ - pregame betting

                I wouldn`t deposite such an amount to a Russian Bookie for NHL betting, if Pinnaclesports and Asians are offering the same

                        I have the same problems like sorynacyo and sksrockon:

                        Up to Monday I had no problems with 1xBet.
                        The payouts in the past went well und very fast, my account was verfied.

                        At Monday I won 1.032,01 Euro and and want to wihtdrawals.
                        The rejected all my payouts, they want to see Neteller screenshots.
                        I send them but they still blocked payout.
                        Then they send me this message;

                        "Once registered a client is not allowed to create another account (under a new name, a new e-mail, etc.). If this rule is violated, the administration of the company reserves the right to block the newly registered account for a period of investigation (up to 2 months). If this incident of multiple registration is confirmed, the company has a right to cancel all bets of this new account (winnings).                         I have only one account at 1xBet so I have no idea what they mean, thats what I answered them

                        After that I got these answer:

                        Then my account from EUR 1.032,01 is NOW 0,- Euro.
                        They stole me over 1.000 Euros, it`s a scandal.

                        Please help to get my money.

                        • Same problem than you, 600€ stolen, account blocked since 3 months. They sent me the same message. When players win too, they block their account, a shame ! And this bookie exists again....
