Hello,

Bet2Be cancelled without any reason one of my bets:
http://i.imgur.com/5sFoGid.jpg

What is funny it was my first bet I won there, before I lost 4 bets in the row.

As you can see, my bet was placed few hours before match started, there is no mistake in the odds, etc.

I really don't understand that decision. Of course I wrote to support, but didn't get any response. I would like to ask you, what can I do in that kind of situation? Bet2Be is licensed by Isle of Man Government, so is their Gambling Supervision Commission able to help my in any way? How can I fight for my money?

Can you give any advice, what to do?

Ask them again for the reason [by email, livechat, any way you can contact them].If there is no answer, use the BMR sticky. If BMR can't help either, start posting around the forums - especially where they advertise.
The fact that you have kept copies of the bet,the time and the way that they settled it should help - point out that you have this.
For what it's worth,I seem to remember that Kyrgios was backed for that match and the odds fell - perhaps Bet2Be got caught out - although that is no excuse.

It looks as if they don't have a live chat facility, so ring them up (0044-20-3289-2380) as it will be harder for them to ignore you over the telephone than if you simply send an email. If you don't make any headway by calling them, then contact the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission (www.gov.im/gambling/contactform.gov) and give them full details of your situation. I can't promise that the IoM GSC will help you, but you should definitely contact them and draw their attention to the behaviour of one of their licence holders if Bet2Be continue to refuse payment of what appear to me to be entirely legitimate winnings.

Hey Guys, they`ve done with me the same, canelled winning bets after the Game ended. What have you done/ what shall i do?

Entirely dependent on the bets you made and whether the lines were correct or if the match even existed in the first place!! There was a report of ghost games being reported to bookies as being genuine - SBO got stung by this.

They do have a reputation for voiding legitimate bets, but also have a reputation for being very slow to update their odds / lines, so it could be a bad line you have bet on.

Can you give details of the bet and odds?

it was aBasketball game.

I was betting >>>1 Day before the Game starts<<< - Moneyline.

It was no ghost bet- the Bet was running, but suddenly, after the Game has finished, Money back

I know they have a Isle of Man gaming license, which is considered to be one of the best. I would contact them first. If you to this Page on their website: http://www.gov.im/gambling/players.xml

Scroll down the page and you will see a section called complaints procedure. Download the form linked there and also email them (the address is also listed just before the link to the complaint form).

They usually respond quite quickly (within a few days) - I have contacted them before myself.

If they fail to do anything then contact Sportsbook review. They sorted out quite a long list of complaints last year - they were all slow payment problems, but bet2be do appear willing to solve any issues.

Hope that helps.

Could I just ask. What was the exact bet? Which team to win, and the odds. Also the date of the match. As I will be able to check and see if it was a bad line with a quick search

Hello,

thank you. i will contact them this week.

one question:

1.) Regarding to the "Complaint form". Do i have to dowmload it and complete it by by Hand and scan it later to email them?

2.) if i only use the "complaint form", i cannot explain, what happened to me.
Will they contact me later, and ask me, to explain, what`s my Problem with the Bookmaker?

Download the complaint form - you may be able to edit it with your info and send it back.

But first I would email them and let them know you wish to issue a complaint. I used them against 666BET last year and they responded within 48 hours when I emailed them.

See what they say about your situation and then forward your complaint. I would also head to sportsbookreview.com and file a complaint there, apparently they own this site as well, but are more active on that site. They have sorted out a number of complaints and appear to be willing to talk to third parties.

You might want to issue the complaint with sportsbookreview.com first and then use IOM gaming commission. Although there is nothing stopping you doing both at the same time.

Good luck

Thank you.
If i understand you right, i shall IOM send an email, where i tell them i want to open a complaint about the bookmaker. Shall i send them the whole explantion about my "Problem" immediately within the 1st email (incl. all screenshots)? Or shall i firstly tell them, the Problem is about x/y in a short description?

Yes tell them the complaint first and state you have screenshots etc.. Wait for a reply and they'll tell you to fill the form out and probably ask for the screenshots as well.

Do head to sportsbookreview.com as well and fill out a complaint there as well, they will also do what they can for you. If you search the forum for bet2be you will see a lot of complaints, but they do appear to want to resolve issues so you might be okay as people have eventually been paid and had problems solved. Do be prepared to wait for a resolution from them though
