    william hill: cash-in question

Hello there, i've just started using the william hill website and shortly after depositing some money to start betting i noticed there were some tips in the column to the right side.. being fairly ignorant when it comes to sport i tend to use tipsters whenever i can so i added the "6 most popular bets" to the sheet and created the bet..

now here's where i get confused, because the cash-in option is simply not there, not the blue bar or the button that's shown on the cash-in FAQ page, i read a reason on that page that said it may be because of the 6 fold qualifying for acca insurance, but then i find another piece of information that says if you cash-in during a bet that is eligible for acca insurance, you lose the eligibility.. so to me this means the cash-in option should be there by default and the acca insurance only applies if you let the bet run until it either loses or wins completely..

so what i'm wondering is if anyone else has experience of placing 6 folds on william hill and if you had a cash-in option? cheers

to note, i've already spoken to support and while they tried to help, they didn't seem to have much information regarding cash-in restrictions, and kept repeating that cash-in is "off and on" due to management's "discretion", which is a completely vague response that doesn't explain anything, but hey..

been talking with support again and they peddle this:

cash-in isn't available where offers are eligible, acca insurance being such an offer would disable the cash-in feature..

even though in their own T&C it states that if cash-in is used then it removes the eligibility for acca insurance and rightfully so, the only problem being that the cash-in button is simply not there
