    My username on coral.co.uk was funtiks55.
    I registred on coral about week ago.My fisrt bet of 50 eur was loosing,also freebet was loosing.After registration I get eamil from verification@coral.co.uk
    please send documents-passport and bill.
    I sent passport and bill and after couple days get email from help@coral,co.uk

  • From what you've said, it sounds to me as if this may simply be a mistake or misunderstanding on Coral's part. If you still have a copy of the email they sent you saying that your account details had been successfully verified, then you need to send this back to them together with the last email saying that your account had been closed because they were unable to verify your details and ask them what is going on, as the two emails they have sent you directly contradict each other. At the very least I would have thought they should allow you another chance to verify your details before confiscating your winnings.

    In my opinion Coral are only a shadow of the bookmaker they used to be, but I would still regard them as being essentially reputable.

        • I have the same situation -Coral closed account.But disparity is I dont get my deposit as my first bet was loosing. Coral practice unethicall-if customer won he returned deposit if customer lost money dont returned deposit !!

          • Same Problem. My Account is closed! I have 1700€ on my Account, i deposit 500€ and they wanna refunded my deposit.

            • Is there any chance that BMR support could email this thread to Coral and ask them if they wish to comment? What concerns me in particular is the apparent inconsistency of Coral's behaviour in these three instances (admittedly I am only going on what has been posted on here). Not only do they seem to have sent two entirely contradictory emails to funtiks55, but in the cases of funtiks55 and gigi they seem to have voided winning bets and returned the player's original deposit, yet in the case of toxan2 they have not voided any losing bets nor returned the player's deposit.
