    One of my freands open accaunt here,say that have good odds in LIVE betting,i say - ok then i will open it. First closed accaunt from freand,say that will investigate his bets,and that need for that 2 WEAK!! I bet forward here and there,freand wait this two weak,contakt more times and then recive answer,that can bet forward,that is all ok....buth recive some couple € limits,and take money down.

    Then i recive same problems,they have some bigger odds like other bookie on one LIVE match,i bet and win....and they closed my accaunt,i must also wait 2 weak,then they wont that i wait another 10 days,becouse they didnt investigate all my bets (araund 15),buth i dont wont to wait any more,i made a proposal that i take down only my deposit and in secund we was freand again...i leave this 100€ profit there and take my money-deposit down and closed story with this bookie for ever...before that i wrote to support,that i will wrote abauth that on some best betting sides.

    Dont open accaunt there,only problems....

    • Nice...i forget to wrote,that i then recive also some couple € limit and they VOID this my winning bets becouse i bet on bets,wich have not wright odds,or something like that...i have PS if they say that is not true...

      • @Dear customer TZ send us your username to check it. We never limit account! and never we don't close account without an important reason.

          First,i didnt say that you closed my accaunt for ever...i say that you closed it that i cant bet 2 weak first,and then you wont that be closed another 10 days becouse of checking my bets....

          I check now accaunt,and funny......i have NO BETS there any more,and i have NO LIMITS any more,like i didnt bet thete....thank you.....buth i still have Screen shot from my winning bets,wich you made VOID becouse wrong odds. So you know for wich accaunt we wrote now like i see....

          Give i here all this with screen shot of VOID winning bets and datas that you can check this...or i send you on mail....buth i dont know why will i make this,becouse i dont trust you any more. I say to you this already then,when you closed my accaunt for 2 weak,that this work with costumers is not wright,who will bet on you bookie if you made this things???
          You can be now here like nice and fear,buth i know that you take my fear winning money,all togerher for 293€ on this three bets.

          I still wont my money back,becouse i win this bets,i dont care if you have bigger odds for 0,50 like other bookie,this is not reason to WOID LIVE SOCCER bets!

          So....make we this here,or make we this over mail privat....and you give my money on accaunt,wich i win?

              • Dear customer @TZ really I dont understand you, are you sure you don't see your betting history ?
                Please send us your username or send me email in marketing.gr@betsonic.com to check it please.
                Because If I don't see your account and reason, I am not sure for your posts.
                I tell for last time, the reasons which a bookmaker ( us ) block an user :
                - If a player has 2 - 3 or more accounts for bonus abuses in the same bookmaker.
                - If a player plays late bets.
                - If a player deposit a lot of money, play and never send us id and other official documents for verify.

                  Now i can see my bets again,strange situation...maybe some was some technical problem,sorry for that...

                  Reasons:
                  -I have only 1 accaunt,i didnt ask for no bonus,so i didnt recive it,so this is not a reason.

                  -Late bets? What is that? Can you explain this all players here please,becouse i (we) dont know what is that in betting...LATE BETS? Betting works like that...we players give on bookies our MONEY,with wich we play on your offers. If i understand what you mean with LATE BETS,this mean that i cant bet LIVE bets on you bookie if you have better odds like others? Becouse you bookmaker was on toalet 3 minuts,and didnt change odds?? And when i bet on this odds,you closed my accaunt for 2 WEAK and take my winning money,becouse you bookmaker was on WC in that time when i bet?? This are late bets?

                  - I didnt deposit lot of money and i send you my ID for veritification,so this is also not reasone.


                  Please for asnwer what are LATE BETS and then i will send you my datas.
                  And than you will answer me here,why you VOID my LIVE winning bets.
