Hello!
At 18.12.2019 i placed some bets and all of them won. Since that time my account is suspended and bets are not settled! To my emails Bet365 have no comments. Please tell me how to deal with fraud organisations like Bet365? Thank you!

{[I contacted also IBAS and they said, that they have no power to deal with you and their advice was to search for a legal help. IBAS cannot check, if there is really ongoing investigation. So my next step is inform police about fraud action from Bet365 side. Pray for it is really ongoing investigation right now, because there will be no way to keep lying them. And if there is no ongoing investigation (what all of us understand, simply nobody can check it right now), then i can really punish Bet365 for fraud activities with my account.
Soon or later, you will return my money, there is no way not to settle these bets. You was fulling me for many years, when i was waiting for bets being settled. I'm fed up of lying. If you think, you can full everybody around, then you are crazy. If you really believe, what nobody will find the truth about this investigation, then you are twice crazy!!]}

{[Today I have informed police about fraud actions from company called Hillside Sport against me. Company Hillside keeps my funds (nearly 10 000 eur) for many years and refuses to return it back to me. I made my own research and i found, bets placed on this game were settled from other bookies. Also, result of this game wasn't cancelled.
As a result, company Hillside keeps my own funds illegally. Even if it was any investigation about this game, it has already finished without any result. I asked police to start criminal process according these fraud actions against my funds.
There is no more way to continue unreasonably keep my funds. Also, i asked police to punish Hillside's manager, who is responsible for illegal actions according my account!

I didn't get any answer for my previous 2 emails. You do not have anything to say? It means, i'm right, and Bet365 is fraud organisation with intention to steal money(not only winnings, but also deposited money as well)?
As i'm making a story to Facebook and Youtube about this case, communication with Bet365 is appreciated. All emails, what i send and get, are important for my video about this case, called - Bet365 is a fraud organisation, that refusing settle bets for many years. It will be a true video with many facts about fraud activities against me. Will be many screenshots, where all people can see, result of the game is known, and bookmakers settled bets, placed at this game. But Bet365 thinks, they can do everything they want.
As i started criminal process against Bet365, and this will be outgoing for long time, then i decided all this time publish information in many forums, newspapers and social networks. I'm sure, this video will get thousands likes and millions reviews. And i'm sure, together with Bet365 outstanding customer centre we will make "amazing" reputation for millions of people!
Even if guilty people won't go to jail after criminal case, then Bet365 will loose much more money, who will think the same, as i. My mission now is to say the truth about this case to millions of existing or potential clients. None of famous bookmakers/exchanges, like Betfair, Pinnacle, William Hill will allow something like that. But Bet365 can settle bets for years, and thinks, this is fine!
