    Hi

    I open account here 7.1.2020....i bet some 10-15 bets like i remember,under over bets on basket and soccer with stake of some 50-60€ maximal on bet...i come from some 150€ deposit to some 700€ profit and then they closed my account. I must send documets,i send all what they wont....and now already 2-3 weak i wait that they check my account. What they check and make i dont know,i didint bet no fix match or something like this,no mistakes,maybe i caught some better odds here and there but this is normal,some have 1,60 others offer 1,72...buth they inform me that VOID two of my bets because inncorect price due a technical fault....they made this VOID for 2-3 days back!!

    Like i say,from then i wait 2-3 weaks already that they finish checking of my 10-15 bets....like its to see,they check every day one bet or how?

    Like you see i recive last answer on my question what is with my money and account at 3.2.2020....from then forward i didnt wrote there any more,nonstop same answer like this down....

    After i wait if Novibet will make some move and alone inform me abouth my account...i wrote there after some days....and i recive this back!
    They acused me,that i use more acoounts...yes,for my bets with 50€ i need more accounts...or that i use some VPN,or some other things wich they dont alow...
    So like i see...they take me all money away becouse of rules,on wich i dont have other answer...only that i didnt make this!
    Buth like i see...for Novibet i am gangster with 50€ on bet!

    So i come to idea,that i make my bookie...and take money away on same way,like they take me money away. I acuse you that you play over VPN even if you didnt...show me that you didnt!

    Bravo!! Cheaters of 1 league in betting...NOVIBET!

    Following your case up, we would like to inform you that the investigation of your account has been completed.

    Security department concluded that there has been a serious breach of our Terms and Conditions and your account has been permanently deactivated. Your winnings (329.02€) have been removed and the amount of 100€ has been refunded to your Skrill account.

    The outcome of the investigation has shown that there has been a breach of Terms & Conditions 2.7& 2.8 and in particular:

    2.7 Customers are only allowed to open one account. Opening of multiple accounts is not permitted. Should we have reasonable suspicions that any of our customers has opened multiple accounts with us we reserve the right in our absolute discretion to freeze that customer’s account or to close the account immediately and the customer shall forfeit all his winnings.     To use VPN's, Proxy servers, Tor Browsers, IP blockers or any type of software or service used to manipulate or obfuscate their location. This is strictly prohibited and Novibet reserves the right to close any accounts, void any open bets and refund any deposits made minus any withdrawals, if we believe that a customer is utilising such a method.

    Kindly consider this as the final decision of Novibet and in the event of a dispute, all decisions made by the Company will be final.

    Today i recive 100€ back on Skrill like i see. Without explanation on mail. Buth this was deposit amount wich i made there on Novibet...so all bets are void without explanation...great!!
