  • Bwinner365 no payout

    Hi,I registered,deposited,won and made a withdrawal of 861 euros in Bwinner365.com I was waiting but no money came.I was joining live chat several times..they assured me not to worry..After a week..I entered my account..My withdrawal was back at my balance.I asked live supporters why..They couldn give me a clear reason..Then Last mOnday..thjey told me it will be WEdnesday...Now is Monday...no money caome..it si 15th day of waiting withdrwal iva Skrill.What to do?

  • Do you know where their e-gaming licence is held? There doesn't seem to be any information about this on their site which I find a bit worrying.

        • Well,I found them in the forum of rpoints...some guys are telling..they gave paid to them..but..I am waiting for 22 days a withdrawal of 861 euros..no answer..nothing..

            • Rpoints has a moderator but its a different kind of site to this. It's similar to moneysavingexpert's matched betting board in that it is just for the discussion of bonuses rather than reviews.

                  I'm extremely familiar with both sites and while bonuses (matched betting actually) may have been the reason they became popular, players on RP and MSE nowadays review bookmakers, discuss payments, betting options, generating 20-30-40 pages long threads for each bookmaker.

                  BMR obviously wants to know which bookmakers have problems, but what players need to start to understand is that if they write content about a bookmaker and their experiences with it on another site and come here only when they have a problem, we probably won't be able to help them.

                  On the contrary, if Bookmakers Forum had thousands of members and threads with hundreds of posts like Rpoints has, because of its association with the BMR brand, we would be an unstoppable force in the industry, that all the bookmakers would have to do with.

                  And by the way, when I started dealing with player complaints 12 years ago, I was moderating a site called Infobetting, where people discussed betting tips, and I took the initiative of contacting the bookmakers when a fellow member had a problem, so there is no excuse for websites not helping their members.

                      • I've spoken to Bwinner365 and they claim the problems with payments are caused by the Cyprus banking system.

                        This is their official reply in its entirety:

                        you, that we have taken all necessary measures to satisfy any pending
                        payment, within a few days. Please note that Cyprus Banking System has faced
                        severe problems and many businesses funds were partially blocked for a few
                        weeks. This of course had a chain reaction in the market and unfortunately
                        reached the end consumer as well.
                        We were very careful of not creating panic among our clients, as you may
                        understand what a setback a negative image would be for our future gaming
                        and the pending payments as well. Rest assured that we will deal with this
                        as soon as possible and we will let you know of the settlement in writing.

                              I had hope that theyll will pay..but this e-mail was sent in 19 th of September....
                              Also they sent me such an-mail on 26th of Septmeber..it was completely the same..it looks like they send all the unpaid customers this e-mail.

                              Today is 1st of October..I really dont believe I will take my money from these cheaters.Anywayt..Piero..thank you very much for your time and your actions.
