  • Roadbet is SCAM. Blocks account and there is no way to contact them.

    Hello all,

I have decided to use roadbet.com, because according to many pages they should be clone of 188bet (lines/odd are same). Almost all other asian bookies are restricted here where I live, but roadbet.com is not.

Last year I made first deposit of 500 USD using bitcoins. I did not win much at begging, but first problem came when I was not able to browse bets history, because page simply would not load. I tried to contact them about this problem using live chat, email, Skype and even phone number, but they did not reply anywhere for few weeks. However after few weeks problem was fixed so I have continued to use them.

In recent months I had luck and turned my balance to over 20 000 USD. So I decided to withdraw some money. but there was another problem - bitcoin was not listed as withdraw option. And if you use other option as you used to deposit, you pay 10% fee.. so I tried to contact them about this, but again they do not reply anywhere and just ignore you.

I was little bit worried and decided to use that different method no matter of fee. So I made Perfect Money account and asked for withdraw of just 50 USD. According to their page, it should be instant, but it was not. It was shown as PENDING. So next morning I decided to check current status and to my surprise when I tried to login, page just says: "You can not login" in red. I immediately tried to contact them on their live support, email, also Skype and then phone number. However they do not reply anywhere. I also tried to reset my password just in case, but its still same problem. I guess they are playing dead bug, when it comes to paying players.. so they are most likely SCAM.

Anyone successfully withdraw money from them? Anyone has any contact?

On page they have this address:
Road Bet Europe Ltd.Block A, Suite 3179, Skyway OfficesMarina StreetPieta, PTA 9042 Malta

But they do not have mga license according to this page: https://www.mga.org.mt/roadbet-com/

Are they same company as 188bet or is there anyone I can contact?

    Thank you.

exactly the same as what I experienced, I have US380 money that I can't withdraw on roadbet.com, and I can't go in again and break up completely.

It seems to be quite common for bookies to use oddsfeed from other bookies. For example,12bet use IBCbet's odds.I'm guessing it's a cheap way for a small bookie to get up-to-date odds, and that they must have some sort of deal..
There are disadvantages. It is possible to place a bet with the clone and then immediately with the original,in order to get around the limits of the original. That would mean the clone could only hedge at a loss.

Not sure clone is even what he means. Many many many books operate on leased software. Generally called white labels (as they get a blank "white" version of the backend software to tailor with their branding)

Roadbet using the same backend as 888sport does not mean there is any ownership connection. Or suggest anything negative on it's own.

We have been trying to make contact with them regarding another similar complaint but are getting no response as well.

Your complaint has been received and we will continue trying to contact them or find more information about what is going on.

I believe 188bet are owned by Singbet.188bet have an Isle of Man address.I doubt that Roadbet can be the same company.
