  • DOBROBET.COM funny story. Please help.

    Here is my story with dobrobet.com. I'm their first customer. I have all confirmation about it (chat transcripts and e-mails). My account verified, and I have already recieving payouts from them. Than I've recieved promo e-mail from them. I came to their live chat and asked, what offer available for me. They offered me 100% reload up to 500 eur. Terms were not publiced anywhere and I asked what are terms of my offer. I've recieved answer: "The terms are the same like for Sports Welcome Bonus". I accepted it, deposited 500 eur and started to play. Yesterday I log in my account and saw, that all money dissapeared (about 1900 eur). I've asked them in live chat. They told that it is expired because this bonus only for 14 days.But in terms for Welcome Bonus told about 30 days. They confirmed that it is their error, but they can do nothing. Also they confirmed that terms not publiced anywhere and I couldn't find it. By their error I've lost all money. May be you can help me? Here is some quotes from our chat. Have fun!

  • Since they themselves admit that the terms did not/do not exist in print anywhere,you had only their colleague's word to rely on.So point that out to them,and ask them again to stand by what they said and allow you the extra 16 days.If they still refuse,you could gently point out that you have a printout of the facts.And/or you could use the complaints button on the right of this page.

      I've told them it. And provided official chat transcripts. Here is their answer:

      Our customer support has informed you that the time to use your bonus has expired and that it is impossible for one user to change the bonus rules in the system and thus make the problem for hundreds of other members.

          • I had 1900 eur balance and 1200 eur rollover left. My deposit was 500 eur. If I know, that my bonus expired next day I could complete it in one day. I guaranteed got 700 eur. I explained it them. But they didn't offer any refund (at least a deposit). And now when I try to log in appear "INVALID USERNAME OR PASSWORD".
