I have read the FAQ many times the end result is that they don't reply.I have been trying to withdraw for two months and at this stage any kind of contact with them would be welcome. My documents have been verified and I am surprised at the rating they get as I cant believe that I am the only one with problems.

We can try to contact them, but I don't understand comments like "I am surprised at the rating they get".

Have you even read what 2.5 means?

And beside that, BMR ratings are not meant to forecast the future. They only reflect past player experiences. So they are only as accurate as the feedback we receive from players.

I've got a reply from Bet3000, which stated that they reply all emails within 24 hours and if you have difficulties receiving their emails is because they go straight to the spam box.

Regarding you being unable to withdraw funds, they said you have not fullfilled the bonus conditions and therefore can not withdraw the full amount yet.

The bonus conditions are: <em>"Within forty-five days the bonus amount has to be turned over at least three times on sports bets or live betting at www․bet3000.com at respective overall odds of at least 2.0, before a withdrawal request can be made."</em>

Bet3000 also said they asked you whether or not to cancel the bonus but you didn't reply.

My advice is to check the spam box and make sure you can receive their emails.

Thanks Piero for your feedback and contacting bet 3000.I have since sent them two emails, one asking to withdraw without any bonus and what is the amount I can withdraw. once again no reply at all and have checked inbox and spam box everyday. Their emails were received ok when I was registering with them.

I went back to one of their previous emails where the advised on betting restrictions and used that to reply and also included my email address again.I also lodged a forgot my password request and the said a new password will be sent to me, no reply at all I am convinced they just don't want to pay. When I read other complaints at least they get a reply.

Did you include the same email? You need to use a different email address. Not hotmail.

If they sent the new password to the hotmail address, you didn't receive it, just like you didn't receive all the other emails.

I'm trying to help you here, but if you are not willing to try my suggestions and insist in sending emails using the same email address, there is nothing else Bookmakers Review can do.

Bet3000 are not a very good bookmaker, but they have done nothing wrong here.
