  • Malinacasino delaying payment

    Used malinacasino for while,
    Wanted to withdraw money, they asked first for verification with my ID and bank statement, okay sent them and was waiting today to verify them.They replied that they want screenshots from neteller from LAST 3 MONTHS with all the 115 transactions which i made, provided them as well.Than they replied that they want screenshots from ECOPAYZ from LAST 3 MONTHS with all the 250 transactions which i made, provided again.
    Last they replied that they want screenshots from neteller and skrill accounts with the deposit/ withdraw of my accounts.SENT THEM as well and now waiting for their reply, to see what now they will make.
    The amount is really small for this casino, it's just 1450eur or something like it.I will be happy if you can help me in this dispute.

    P.S. Filled complaint too, would be happy if someone can have a look on it.

    you that in order to process your funds withdrawal request, we would like to ask you to provide us with the following
    information regarding your Neteller wallet:Please provide of screenshot of the Neteller wallet with the deposits / withdrawals from your card or bank account + screenshots
    of the Neteller pages attached to the bank cards and bank account wallet for the last 3 months.
    These documents were sent for 5th time !
    I don't know what's wrong with them keeping asking.
    They don't want to send clearly the money.
    I will be happy if you can ask them what's the problem with them.

        I can understand that they can ask for my neteller transactions which i used as deposit method BUT i didn't used either ecopayz or skrill but still i sent EVERYTHING to them and they keep asking more and more.
        Today repeated to send my documents again and guess what, now they don't answer
        It's going to be one of the worst experiences for me with these clowns.
        I hope BMR can assist me in this case.
        And 1440eur for bookmaker is a lot of money?
        Doubt. As they have probably more money than it and i would be happy to receive my amount asap.

              The player has now been approved and paid partially.

              Eemurla says he will update us if/when he has been paid in full.
