Hey guys, how are you doing? I hope you're doing great.

So I got this problem with 1xbet (I know, it is already my fault having any kind of business with that kind of company). And as a usual story on betting forum with 1xbet, I wanted to make a withdrawal. I made a request, request was accepted, transfer has been completed on 18.03.2018 (as they say) and for today I do not know, where my money is. After starting wondering where they could be, I've contacted their support center with this question and they asked me 99 documents that would verify my relations with that account. And after reading a LOT of forum topics with the same problem, I want to ask you guys, do I have a chances to get my money back or is here anyone who could help me with that? The amount that we are talking about is 400 euro.

Thank you all

Edgar,
Thank you for the message. It has only been a few days since you requested the funds so we recommend giving them another day or so. At that point if the money was not received then you may want to fill out a complaint form and send it to us.

Keep us posted!

I've just called to my bank and the lady said that she do not see any attempts from someone to send money to my bank account neither to my e-bank and she carefully said that it is probably a scam, because it is impossible for money to go such a long time. She adviced me to change my bank card if I've already showed them my card numbers, because she has an examples of draining a card by a scammers.

Talking about the 1xbet side. I've tried to contact other customer support lines, wich are not the main info-en@1xbet.com which is asking me to prove my identity with all the documents. But unfortunately they are all giving me directions to the same email.

With having this problem with 1xbet, I've red A LOT forum topics about the game called "please, provide us with such information". The rules of the game: you keep sending them the documents that should approve your personal identity and they keep declining it. After a long time when you finally prove them that you are who you are result is almost always the same- you get your account blocked for having a second account (wich is obviously not exsisting, but they keep themselves a right to think different).

If someone from the 1xbet team is reading this, I just want to "thank you" for making someone's day not that nice as it could be. Or if it's someone's mistake, then you are very very very unprofessional.

Hi Edgar, we're already in contact via mail but I'll duplicate my message just in case here as well. I've budged Security and Payment regarding your case again. As soon as I have something tangible - I'll let you know.

Just to clear my position for you guys, I have not sent them a single document to prove my identity, because I am not willing to share my sensitive personal data with the people who already showed me a basic example of how they are working. You will probably not gonna give a phone to bank robbers to call a taxi if you are bank owner who just got robbed.

As I've just shared my opinion with Mr. Ilya of the way I see this situation: I lend the money to my friend for a few days. After a few days I asked him to give back my money and he tells me that he already gave it back and in a few hours he pretends that he doesn't know me no more and ask me tons of paper to prove that I gave him any kind of money.

And strange coincidence with the live chat of 1xbet after reporting my problem with the withdrawals. I've used a live chat before and I always had a very fast response, just after reporting a problem I get this: the consultants are changing every half minute and none of them are communicating or they are just simply not anwsering me. Probably 1/3 of the time now I get a chance to speak with a consultant. And I want to make a hypothesis over here: is that really a strange coincidence or do I have a some kind of mark inside of their system?

Share your opinions guys.

I understand the reticence but there has not been any allegations of people having identity theft issues after sending ID to 1xbet.

It's reasonable for them to ask for basic KYC info and hard to complain if you refuse to do that much.

That said, I do agree it has got to the point where so many people get nothing, or just their deposit amount back, after more than a year that I might forget it if my deposit amount is that not much anyway.

A french guy did get paid in the last week after more than a year of KYC "investigation" though. So maybe it could be worth the stress and aggravation if the amount means enough to you.

Hey Edgar,

I completely understand your position but a lot of times, there are external regulations that necessitate collecting a lot of info from the players. Especially when it concerns financial transparency and the primary office is also bound by laws on "prevention of financial support of terrorist activity".

That being said, the only advice I have as an employee of the company is to comply.

Hey Edgar,

I've written you an email already but will duplicate the message here as well, just in case.

You can provide your bank statement with banking details covered (at least for now), as long as the bank statement features your current place of residence.

So I verified my identity and the same day I got a 500 bonus points instead of 407 euros, that I've tried to withdraw. Then I asked, what do I need to do to get these money back in to my bank account and I got the anwser, that there is no way to do it.
