  • Problem with 1Bet2Bet

    Hello

    I have problem with 1Bet2Bet.com
    Almost 2 months ago they closed my account with 2100 euros without any explanation just the day after I submitted for a partial withdrawal. Any attempts to contact their support team were in vain because I simply did not get answer at all...

    I was very patient and polite while talking to chat support team, it happened 2-3 times that they promised full payout, but nothing happened...

    I would appreciate for any kind of help/advise

  • Hi malikreten, was this supposed your first payout request to them? Did you happen to ask in their chat support the reason as to why your account was closed?

    • I start to play at 1Bet2Bet in october 2016... just before New Year, I did withdraw 1000 euros (it took 5 days to complete money transfer).

      Talking about their chat support, interesting thing is that our conversation was from closing the chat when they see my name, addressing me to their support team to assuring me and giving me promises that my balance will be fully paid to my Neteller account. I asked once why is my account closed, but they said they can not tell me the reason...

      I saved those transcripts and even sent it back to them just to show them what were their promises...

                yet they got sense for humor, tell me to be patient after 2 months waiting

                • I got some news regarding my dispute with 1Bet2Bet...

                  10 days ago they unlocked my account, cancelled pending withdrawal so I could submit for full balance payout, even told me it is gonna need 5 working days until I get my money but after that nothing happened...

                  maybe just a glimpse of good will towards me

                    • Hi malikreten, during the entire time where they open your account, is there any no reasons updated as to why they closed your account? or change of information as to why your withdrawal is still pending?

                      • they just told me that the operator who reopened my account had no right to do that and to write to security@1bet2bet.com (which I did dozens of time)

                        i also wrote to holder of Curacao gambling license... this is their answer both to me and 1Bet2Bet

                        "Please address your disputes with the player and remove any references you have to a Curacao license, since these claims are misleading and false.
