    Hello,

    Please i need advice and help. Please help me as this money is my savings.

    Here is my ordeal with betsson and betsafe and i dont know why they dont want to pay me.

    Some months ago, i wanted to register an account at betsafe and betsson since they are the same bookies.

    i was confused since i had an albania address and a swedish address since i was in sweden and I am from albania.

    I contacted the customer care and explained myself to her and asked her where to register from. SHE SAID BETTER FROM SWEDEN SINCE YOUR IP IS FROM SWEDEN. Do you have any bill to prove it, i did and i said yes.

    When i registered, i got a pop up to claim the bonus, again i asked the agent and she said it is for those in sweden, and i will get it since i was in sweden.

    I deposited money and asked her what next to do, she said to verify my account.

    To do this, i was asked to sent a bill to proof my address, i did.

    They asked for my id and i sent them.

    They asked for proof of payment and i sent them.

    24 hours later, i got email that your documents are approved and verified.

    I began to bet, after 2 days losing and winning, my account could not bet above 10 or 20 pounds.

    i decided to withdraw my money and when i did my account was locked. after 3 days i sent a message to them where was my money. They said i should wait, after another day i asked, thy said that they have to call me on phone to completely verify the account, i send them my number and twice two agents called and said it is ok, we will send the money.

    after another 3 days, i dint get it and i when to chat to ask them.

    THEY SAID, WE NEED A PHOTO OF YOUR SWEDISH RESIDENT PERMIT.

    i explained to the agent that i did not have this, since sweden law allows me to live in sweden for 3 months and afterwards leave the country and return again and get another 3 months.

    So i was in sweden but i didnt have a permit and i will get that when i was working and i am looking for work.

    THEY REFUSED AND SAID MY MONEY WILL BE LOCKED TILL I PROVIDED THAT.

    i have reported the case to neteller and neteller said they too wanted to verify my address, they asked for documents and calls and sent me a message, your address is verified but betsson and betsafe still have my money and wont pay me

    PLEASE HELP ME

              is there something i need to do to get my money back, i have good amount of money with the bookie and it is not fun for me to stay and know their is nothing i could do.

                • i did sandy and they didnt help, they just sent me a mail that betsafe did not verify my account, i replied with calls and emails explaining to them that i got a confirmation even by email from them which said all documents are cleared. even calls and other.

                  At the end, they replied that they cannot investigation more since betsson verified my account. i can upload the verification email from them if you want.

                      Please do not find this reply offenseful but i am just trying to express myself. 1 or 2 month ago when i found out about this website, i ws told by a friend. i said to myself, finally somewhere to help me in this my issue of greedy bookmakers.
                      i have logged in a case for atleast one month now and every day or week, it is going down the list till it disappears and still again the bookmakers win and have good confidence to continue their bad methods.

                      i really dont know what to expect from this forum but before i expected a lot but if i would ask, please Sandy can you help in this course.

                      Alot of other good gamblers would say to forfeit the money, but i am too poor to forfeit atleast 2000 pounds.

                      Advice me please

                        • BMR will do all they can to help you recover your money and, as Quincunx says, that may take some time, but please remember that, unfortunately, BMR can't force Betsson/Betsafe to cooperate if the bookmaker doesn't want to.

                            • It might be worth trying a submission to the European Commission ODR service Nebia.

                              They offer a free mediation service.

                              I would suggest lodging a complaint that the MGA have not provided proper complaint resolution, rather than about the bookmaker directly.
