  • Tipobet Payout Delay

    I just wanted to tell you about my story with Tipobet,The industry is working for Bulgarian customers already and they are using http://tipobet402.com/ as bookie for Bulgaria, Turkey and other companies.The headcompany is tipobet.com which company is registered in Germany.From 2 months i am playing in Tipobet and deposited at least 7-8k EUR total via Ecopayz.This week i began to win and finally at Friday i reached my target from 17k EUR after a win in Austrian game Wiener-Ritzing http://i.hizliresim.com/jnb9R9.jpgHere you can see also my winnings from the game which total were 17k EUR only from this game.After i had exactly 53.717 TL in my account(17k EUR) i tried to withdraw 10k TL via ecopayz as i used only them as deposit method.To unlock it, i contacted the live support and said them that i want to withdraw money.They said, okay, you can withdraw it.I waited 10 minutes and tried to log in but Surprise, i didn't have contact there and contacted the Live Support immediately.They wanted my ID and Passport immediately which i sent and they said me to contact them tomorrow(today) to give me more infos about my account.I contacted them today at least 5-6 times, wrote them e-mails and they repeat always the same:,,Please be patient and wait for the e-mail of our support. Your account is under investigation bla bla."One of the motives which they have is that i used 2 different IP's but i explained how it was.At Thursday morning i logged for last time from Germany and at the evening i was in Bulgaria and logged in there and placed my bets.I can provide the MAC addresses etc.I hope you can help me to solve the problem with the head company tipobet which is registered in Europe.Take care

    P.S. The latest information why they closed my account is the game:
    Wiener-Ritzing where i placed with high stakes on the away handicap win.
    Today i was written via Skype and they asked me why i bet so much money on 1 game and that this game is under investigation.
    I said that i was following the news from long period and i choosed to stake it with big money.
    I gave as example my loses where i said that it should be also under investigation.
    I will be happy if you could help me as tipobet.com is registered in Germany and Austria, so maybe i can search for my Personal rights.

    Thank you for sharing your experience with the BMR community. Did you already happen to submit the complaint form? https://www.bookmakersreview.com/player-complaints

    But as you have said Tipobet is still on the process of undergoing investigation to your account, that means there is still no final judgment to the case and would be the reason for some delay. Investigation may take a few days, weeks or month and if you can prove them with the issue being raise, result will always be in your favor.

    • Thanks mate for sharing it but i have to say some things.
      1. First they say me that investigation will be between 2-14 days.
      2. They can say it will be minimum of 14 days and it can take up more and more time.
      3. How they can say me ,,fix** " for game in Austrian Cup if they don't have a proof?
      4. Their license isn't sure in Germany or Austria as i checked some of the local sites where you can't find for email and in Austria they wrote always different addresses for their company.

      I will wait 10 days more as today their support team said it will take maximum 14 days and today is the 4th day of the investigation.
      + today i was blocked from live support also and i can't contact them already at live support. I have to delete the cookies and to use fake username and fake email to contact them.
      I hope you can help me already as if i don't take an action, they will be not so seriously investigating the case.

              I might say that it is best to wait for their investigation to finish as mentioned in their normal time frame, as it will serve as a basis for any future action that may take.

              • And just today i was told that my account is closed and my money will be not paid because i scammed them hahahahahahaa.
                I just bet and won and now they even don't answer on my emails anymore.
                Really one of the biggest comedies which happened in the last period with these mugs.
