This is to inform your betting forum about an issue I am having with betting company 1xbet (www.1xbet.com)

So I opened my account there deposited several times and bet for around 2 weeks , successfully withdraw some times and then I ve been asked from them for my documents which I send .
Then I got from their security the weirdest question ever : What is my relation with another person
This person was my brother!
After their question I contacted my brother and he confirmed that he indeed had an account with them in the past (been inactive there for more than a year)

I must stress at this point that we live and work to different cities and I ‘ve never use his computer (or he used mine) to log in my 1xbet account.

So eventhough their question obviously , grossly violated any sense of personal data I answered that this person is indeed my brother.
That was it ! They suspend my account and confiscated all my winnings a total of 2600 eur!!!

After that I asked them in which of their T&C’s is stated that two brothers can’t open accounts to their site or if they have any substantial proof that I ever logged in from same computer and/or ip like my brother and they never replied!
I already made a complaint to their regulator (Curacao) about my issue a few days ago and i didn't received any reply yet

I really ask and hope for your help here since this amount they confiscated from me is big for my standards!
I also hope that this will protect any other potential victim and warn anyone “STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS”

PS Obviously all my personal details is at your disposal if needed

1XBet management is reviewing this. If there is no conclusive evidence that the same device was shared and thus their policy on multiple accounts redeeming bonuses violated, then you have a compelling case.

This bookie is SCAM, when you earn too much money, they ask you different documents, live conference on Skype, and close your account. They stole me 600€ last year. Stop betting with them !

I forgot to mention that i DIDN'T took any bonus! My guess is that they just thought they found a nice excuse not to pay my winnings only cause i bare the same surname like my brother !

Is there any news regarding my issue? Did 1xbet management specify a time frame they need to review this ?
Thanks

They responded that they were looking into it. Nothing yet.

Almost 10 days! Should i abandom any hope?!
You know ... what it makes me sick is the feeling that bettors are totally at the mercy of these scummers , they just can confiscate your funds at will and get away with it!
Can you believe it ?!!!! If someone stole 2600 eur i would take any action needed but here the only thing you can do is just fill a complaint to curacao which will never be answered !!! And it makes me wonder what is the reason of existance of these authorities?!!! Just to take some money from bookies to license them i quess!
Anyway At least i warned people and hope that i protected some from open account there!
Don't be stupid like i was and deposit your money there!

Hey BMR!
Please put some pressure on them! The least i deserve is a reasonable explanation!
Also after their failure to provide some proofs i think you should consider downgrade them and warn your subscribers about the danger they are in if they deposit money to these scammers!
I hope you would at least do that and protect betting community!
