Brighton missed their chance to go top of the Premier League table following their 1-1 draw to Crystal Palace. They have been hot this season and currently sit on 13 Premier League points.
Let’s not forget Arsenal’s amazing 3-1 victory over bitter rivals Tottenham on Sunday. It was easily Mikel Arteta’s best performance since taking over the “Gunners” and arguably he needed it as his job was on the line following a shady start to the season.

Following 3 wins from their opening 4 games, Tottenham has slumped massively and has not won any of their previous 4 games within 90 minutes (they beat Wolves in the EFL Cup on penalties).
This really is a must-win game on home soil for the team as another loss here could potentially see them slump down to 15th place, which would be almost unbelievable considering they were top of the Premier League after matchday 3.
Following a defeat on matchday 1, Aston Villa has since gone on to win 4 of their next 5 Premier League games and a 1-0 win over Man Utd at Old Trafford last time out proved to be very fruitful, as Villa now sit just 4 points off the top of the table. Usually, we wouldn’t oppose a team flying high like this but this is a rare exception.
The reason we are taking Tottenham to win at +110 here is mainly down to the fact that their coach’s job could be on the line if they don’t get a win here. Fans have not been happy with results or team performances lately and Tottenham MUST win this game in reality.
