The Potter-Homer War - America vs England

NEW YORK, August 6 /PRNewswire/ -- The poll, which was conducted among 25 million American Facebook members which visit the BetsGoWild application, revealed that most Americans have reacted to the Simpsons movie's success in the box office, and prefer the all-American Homer to the British Potter. The Potter - Homer war is heating up particularly in the U.S. 70% of Americans, in a survey created by Facebook's application partner http://www.betsgowild.com/ , prefer Homer and the Simpsons over Harry and his schoolmates. 30% of the voters, however, remain loyal to Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, which was released for the big screen prior to "The Simpsons Movie".

When considering the gross income, last weekend's figures predict a greater success for The Simpsons, which grossed 72 million dollars, over Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, which grossed only 17 million dollars.
